Abstract: Based on the basin water ecological construction zoning technology,the authors take the basin source area protection technology system as the priority,and focus on the treatment technology of the ecological corridor, and build the key technology system of water ecological civilization construction of basin. The authors also build the key technology system of water ecological civilization construction of city,which includes the prevention and control of water disasters as a safety guarantee,the controlling of water consumption and improving water efficiency to save water resources,the adjustment of water intake and sewage outlet layout to protect water resources,the “source-process-end”water environment chain management as the system planning,and the water landscape construction and showing water culture as highlights.
