    城市生态公园水系建设防洪影响评价分析研究

    Evaluation and analysis of flood impact of urban eco-park water systems construction

    • 摘要: 新建城市生态公园水系,若与现状河道相连通,会对河道行洪及河势稳定产生一定影响。基于GIS水文分析模型,采用MIKE11、MIKE21水动力模型,构建研究区域的产汇流模型、河道一维水动力模型、生态公园水系二维水动力模型。通过模型分析,计算河道不同来水频率下的设计洪水过程及生态公园水系建设区域的淹没范围,对河道行洪安全、河势稳定、公园建设项目、堤防及其他水利工程设施等进行防洪影响评价,提出相应的防治措施,为城市生态公园水系的建设提供支撑。

       

      Abstract: The construction of urban eco-park water systems will be connected with the existing river channels, which will have a certain impact on the flood discharge and river regime stability. Based on GIS hydrological mode, MIKE11 and Mike21 hydrodynamic models were used to construct the runoff and confluence model, one-dimensional hydrodynamic model of river channel and two-dimensional hydrodynamic model of eco-park water systems. Through the model analysis, the design flood process of river course under different inflow frequencies and the inundation range of ecological park water systems construction area are calculated, carry out flood impact assessment on river flood safety, river stability, park construction projects, levees and other hydraulic engineering facilities, and propose corresponding prevention and control measures, provide support for the construction of urban eco-park water systems.
