    Integrated analysis of flood control and storage of the three major reservoirs in Dongjiang River Basin

    • 摘要: 东江流域新丰江、枫树坝、白盆珠三大水库汛期运行调度面临防洪与蓄水关系统筹问题,分析三大水库防洪与蓄水关键期,统筹上下游防洪安全,通过调洪演算得到防洪起调水位,结合水库调节性能考虑枯季耗水情况,综合确定最优库水位。相关成果可以作为三大水库运行调度、提高流域水安全保障的重要指导,并为其他具有控制性水工程的江河提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The relationship of flood control and water storage in three major reservoirs such as Xinfengjiang, Fengshuba, and Baipenzhu reservoirs in the Dongjiang River Basin needs a comprehensive consideration during flood seasons. Confirming the critical period of flood control and water storage in the three major reservoirs, and coordinate upstream and downstream flood security, via flood regulation routing to get a safe water level, combine the water consumption in dry seaon which considering regulation performance of reservoir, to finally get a optimal water level of the reservoirs. Relevant conclusions may be important guidance to the operation of the three reservoirs and improvement of the water security of Dongjiang River Basin.
