    洞庭湖团洲垸堤防特大决口高效封堵关键技术

    Key technology for efficient sealing of large-scale breach in Tuanzhouyuan embankment of Dongting Lake

    • 摘要: 2024年7月5日,湖南华容县洞庭湖团洲垸一线堤防发生溃决,最终形成口门宽度226 m、平均水深超10 m的特大决口。中国安能建设集团有限公司受命迅速牵头制定“石碴戗堤沿原堤线立即封堵”方案,创新“机械化双向立堵+船舶水上抛投”战法、多料掺混抛填及船舶集群抛投技术、戗堤两侧坡面复合防渗防浪体系设计,集成采用水陆空立体侦测和数据融合技术,解决了特大决口快速高效封堵的技术需求和湖区与垸内水位差复杂变化条件下戗堤防渗闭气难题。按“抢筑裹头→双向立堵+水上抛投→突击合龙→加高加固→防渗闭气”的程序,提前13.5 h实现戗堤封堵合龙,是堤防特大决口及时高效封堵的典型战例。

       

      Abstract: On 5 July 2024, the embankment of Tuanzhouyuan of Dongting Lake in Huarong County of Hunan Province breached, eventually forming a major breach with a width of 226 m and an average depth of more than 10 m. China Anneng Construction Group Co. Ltd. was tasked to quickly take the lead in formulating the plan of breach sealing. They offered a technical solution of ‘immediate blocking along the axis of the original embankment with stone ballast closure dike’, and innovated the ‘two-way mechanized vertical blockage + shipment throwing on water’ rescue tactics, multi-material mixing dumping and shipment cluster blocking-on-water technology, and the design of composite anti-seepage and anti-wave system for the slopes on both sides of the stone ballast closure dike, integrated use of water, land and air three-dimensional measurement technology, monitoring technology and detection data assistance technology, solved the technical needs of rapid and efficient sealing of large-scale breach and the problem of anti-seepage of the stone ballast closure dike under the conditions of complex changes in the difference between the water level of both sides of the stone ballast closure dike. According to the procedure of ‘Quickly reinforce the head of the dike, two-way mechanized vertical blockage+throwing on water, filling the closure section of stone ballast closure dike quickly, reinforcing and heightening the dike, and preventing seepage’, finished filling the closure section of stone ballast closure dike 13.5 hours ahead of schedule, which is a classic example of timely and efficient sealing of large-scale embankment breach.
