Abstract:
Based on the flood survey and model inversion, using the monitoring data of the geological disaster monitoring rainfall station and the 2 m precision digital elevation model (DEM) data, the "23·7" extremely heavy rainstorm in New Downtown in Mentougou District of Beijing City was retrieved for flood inversion. The causes of the disaster were analyzed, and the shortcomings of the current flood system in Mentougou New Town in terms of mountainous flooding closure and dredging, flood harnessment in river channels, urban vertical construction and emergency management were exposed. The relevant improvement strategies were proposed. The effects of the relevant improvement strategies were evaluated combined with the model simulation results, and the role of urban flood model in urban flood control and resilience improvement planning and construction was further prospected.
