    长江同马大堤2020年灾害防御及成效分析

    Analysis on the characteristics and effectiveness of disaster prevention of Tongma Dike on the Yangtze River in 2020

    • 摘要: 介绍了长江同马大堤的基本情况和工程特点,并分析了同马大堤在遭遇2020年洪水灾害时的防御情况和成效。防御2020年历史大洪水时,对容易产生管涌的砂基、穿堤建筑物和外滩圩接头等堤段,采取减小穿堤涵闸控制运用水头,及时分析中型水闸的扬压力状况,以及按预案处理外滩圩防守等措施加以防范;对已经发生管涌段开展有效的应急除险工作,积极发挥长江河道管理单位的技术支撑作用,保障同马大堤在超历史记录洪水中安全度汛。

       

      Abstract: This article introduces the basic conditions and engineering features of the Tongma Dike on the Yangtze River, and analyzes defense features and effectiveness when it encounters flood disasters in 2020. During the prevention of the 2020 historical flood, measures such as reducing the water head of crossing culvert gate, analyzing the uplift pressure of medium-sized sluices in time, and dealing with the Bund dike defense according to the plan are taken for the sand foundations prone to piping, buildings through the embankment, and bund joints. The effective work should be carried out for the piping section, and the technical support role of the Yangtze River management unit should be actively played to ensure the Tongma Dike to spend the flood safely in the super-historical flood.
