    甬江流域奉化江上游大型水库群防洪联合调度研究

    Study on flood control and peak shifting joint operation of large reservoirs on the upper reaches of Fenghua River in Yongjiang River Basin

    • 摘要: 研究了甬江流域奉化江上游4座大型水库的防洪错峰联合调度问题,在现有单库防洪补偿调度规则的基础上,以提升奉化江干流两岸防洪排涝效益为目标,对水库防洪调度的主要因素进行分析,合理运用奉化江上游4座大型水库的水文补偿和库容补偿能力,提出了各水库的错峰泄洪上限水位,研究制定了水库群防洪错峰联合调度规则,并对其防洪效果进行分析。研究成果为甬江流域洪水调度方案提供了技术支撑,对其他类似流域水库群的防洪联合调度研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The joint operation of flood control and peak shifting of four large reservoirs on the upper reaches of Fenghua River in Yongjiang River is studied.Based on the existing single reservoir flood control compensation operation rules, the main factors of reservoir flood control operation are analyzed in order to improve the flood control and drainage efficiency on both sides of Fenghua River.Based on the reasonable using of hydrological compensation and storage compensation capacity of four large reservoirs on the upper reaches of Fenghua River, the upper limit water level of peak shifting flood discharge of each reservoir is put forward.The joint regulation rules for peak shifting flood control of reservoirs are studied and formulated, and the flood control effect is analyzed. The research results provide technical support for the flood regulation scheme of Yongjiang River Basin, and provide reference for the study of flood control joint operation of reservoirs in other similar basins.
