Study on remote operation and maintenance techniques of flash flood disaster early warning system

At present，flash flood disaster prevention and control of non-engineering measures project has been completed at county-level nationwide， and the improved project (2013-2015) is being fully implemented. Operation and maintenance of established system and complement system has become an important task， which urgent to be studied for administrative departments at all levels. Based on project construction characteristics，remote monitoring operation and maintenance system of prevention flash flood disaster in non-engineering measures are proposed in this paper. It is anticipated that through adapting information technologies，the goals of unified maintenance and management in provincial level be achieved. In addition，it also ensures the effective and proper operation of the system.
