Abstract: In view of the issues in the statistical work of flood and waterlogging disasters in Liaoning Province, such as inadequate data auditing and difficult coordination work, flood disaster index analysis and verification system is designed. The system mainly serves flood and waterlogging statisticians from relevant agencies at all levels, provides four functional modules:data review, basic data query, evaluation analysis and system management. The system combines information technology with traditional statistical method, provides assistant tools for disaster data rechecking, and improves the consistency, logicality and timeliness of flood disaster statistics, which has certain reference significance.
