    上海黄浦江上游干流段堤防安全风险分析与应对措施

    Safety risk analysis and countermeasures of dikes in the upper reach of Huangpu River in Shanghai

    • 摘要: 上海黄浦江上游干流段堤防建成时间较长,受上游水情、工情等因素变化影响,目前已显现出安全隐患。通过现场调查及历史资料数据分析,对黄浦江上游干流段堤防现状进行梳理总结,通过风险因素识别与分析,对沿岸堤防进行了风险分级评价;针对不同风险岸段提出了相应的加固改造和长效管理措施,对加强黄浦江上游堤防风险管控、保障沿岸防汛安全,具有一定的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: The dikes in the upper reach of Huangpu River have been built for a long time. Affected by the changes of water regime and engineering conditions, there are many potential safety hazards. In order to improve the dike safety, this paper summarizes the current conditions of the dikes in the upper reach of Huangpu River by using the field investigation and historical data. Through the identification and analysis of risk factors, the risk classification evaluation of the dikes is carried out. According to the different risk classification, the corresponding reinforcement and long-term management measures are put forward, which have certain reference significance for strengthening the risk control of the upper reaches of Huangpu River and ensuring the safety of the area flood prevention.
