Abstract:
The dikes in the upper reach of Huangpu River have been built for a long time. Affected by the changes of water regime and engineering conditions, there are many potential safety hazards. In order to improve the dike safety, this paper summarizes the current conditions of the dikes in the upper reach of Huangpu River by using the field investigation and historical data. Through the identification and analysis of risk factors, the risk classification evaluation of the dikes is carried out. According to the different risk classification, the corresponding reinforcement and long-term management measures are put forward, which have certain reference significance for strengthening the risk control of the upper reaches of Huangpu River and ensuring the safety of the area flood prevention.
