    Risk analysis and countermeasures on urban waterlogging under extreme rainstorm in Wuhan

    • 摘要: 基于郑州“7·20”特大暴雨,对武汉市中心城区内涝风险区域进行了定量分析,对重点防护对象进行了识别。通过对武汉市直排型水系、调蓄型水系退水过程的分析,预测了调蓄型湖泊在不同工况下的最高水位与各水系退水时间。进而从标准内内涝防治体系、超标准内涝风险应急触发条件分析、重点防御措施等方面提出了应对极端暴雨内涝的策略。

       

      Abstract: Based on the "July 20, 2021" extraordinary rainstorm scenario in Zhengzhou City, this paper carries out a quantitative analysis of the risk area of waterlogging in the central urban area of Wuhan City and identifies the key protection objects. Through the analysis of the water recession process of the direct- drainage water system and the regulated storage water system in Wuhan, the highest water level and recession time of the regulated storage lake under different working conditions are predicted. And then, it proposes strategies to deal with the extreme rainstorms and waterlogging from the standard waterlogging prevention system, analysis of emergency trigger conditions for exceeding the standard waterlogging risk, and key defense measures.
