Abstract: The preparation of flood forecasting and reporting scheme is a basic and systematic work, especially for the flood situation in the flood season every year, the preparation of super standard flood forecasting scheme is particularly important. Taking Shahe hydrological station of Yingkou Hydrological Bureau of Liaoning Province as an example, the preparation and discussion are carried out, and the exceeding standard design flood monitoring and reporting schemes at different water levels, the guarantee measures for the implementation of the scheme and the post- treatment measures after the exceeding standard flood are analyzed, providing reference for other hydrological departments to prepare the exceeding standard flood monitoring and reporting schemes.
