Abstract: This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the intelligentization of flood prevention in the Yellow River Basin, combs the existing problems in combination with the current situation of flood prevention informatization in the Yellow River Basin, and studies and puts forward the positioning, construction objectives and principles, as well as the construction concept of the intelligent flood prevention system of the Yellow River, including the overall architecture, flood prevention monitoring and perception, flood prevention communication network, flood prevention calculation and storage facilities, flood prevention support platform and intelligent application of flood and drought disaster prevention in the Yellow River Basin in flood and drought disaster prevention according to the relevant requirements of "building a smart water conservancy system and taking the basin as a unit to improve the ability of water regime prediction and intelligent dispatching" in the outline of the "14th Five-Year Plan". Combined with the construction concept and business practice, this paper puts forward the research on key technologies, and looks forward to the vision of intelligent flood prevention of the Yellow River.
