    自动蒸发站研发与应用探讨

    Discussion on development and application of automatic evaporation station

    • 摘要: 研发自动蒸发站的目的是替代人工方法测量蒸发值。通过自动蒸发站分时段计算分析,得出降雨时自动蒸发站计算值的准确性优于人工计算值。此外,对浮子式、补水计量式、称重式、声学与光学法和磁致液位计对蒸发测量影响关系进行了对比分析。对自动蒸发站试运行比测站降雨时段的自动测值、人工测值及液位涨值作对比,对比结果表明,磁致液位计能用数据同步一致性“自证清白”,可使蒸发测量误差更小。同时具有自校正能力,磁致液位计的防污防冻设计使其在南方薄冰期也能正常使用。

       

      Abstract: The aim of developing automatic evaporation station is to replace manual method to measure evaporation value. Through calculation and analysis of the automatic evaporation station in different periods, this paper shows that the accuracy of the calculated values of the automatic evaporation station is better than that of the manual ones when rainfall occurs. In addition, the influence of float type, water filling metering type, weighing type, acoustic and optical method and magnetic liquid level gauge on evaporation measurement is compared and analyzed . The comparison between the automatic measurement value, manual measurement value and liquid level rise value during the rainfall period of the trial operation, and the measurement station shows that the magnetic liquid level gauge can use data synchronization consistency to "self prove innocence", which can make the evaporation measurement error smaller. At the same time, it has the ability of self calibration. The antifouling and antifreeze design of the magnetic liquid level gauge enables it to be used normally during the thin ice time in the south.
