    缺资料平原河湖区洪水风险分析——以湖北汉川市汈汊湖流域为例

    Preliminary study on flood risk analysis of data-deficient plain river network area —Taking the Diaocha Lake basin in Hanchuan City Hubei Province as an example

    • 摘要: 平原河湖区地方性中小河流往往实测资料不足、水系复杂、低洼易涝、人工特征明显,不利于洪水风险分析工作的高效推进。基于水量平衡原理和水文分区的思路,应用频率分析、多段扣损、淹水体积框算等方法,对汉川市汈汊湖流域进行了典型不利情景下的洪水风险分析示例。认为所用方案具有数据需求少、资料可获得性高、方法成熟、计算便利等优点,适宜以内涝为主的缺资料平原河网地区应用。

       

      Abstract: The local small and medium-sized rivers in the Plain River Network Area (PRNA) normally have the characteristics like insufficient measured data, complex water systems, obvious artificial influence, low-lying landforms and prone to waterlogging, which are not conducive to the efficient promotion of current flood risk analysis work. Accordingly, based on the principle of water balance and the idea of hydrological zoning, the methods of frequency analysis, unit hydrograph and flood volume calculation were used to carry out a flood risk analysis example under typical adverse scenarios in the Diaocha Lake basin of Hanchuan City. It is concluded that the scheme has the advantages of less data demand, easy data acquisition, mature methods, and convenient calculation, and it is suitable for the application in the data-deficient PRNA where waterlogging is the main problem.
