Abstract:
In recent years, floods caused by extreme weather events have occurred frequently. It is necessary to check and detect water works such as reservoirs and river banks before the flood season to ensure their safe and stable operation. As a new type of underwater detection equipment, the Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) can carry a variety of detection instruments to inspect the dam safety structure, underwater metal components, siltation and other aspects of the water projects, which helps to find out the dangerous situation in advance and provides a new means for the safety inspection of the water projects. While the development trend of communication, miniaturization and intellectualization of the multi equipment of the ROV is conducive to further improving the inspection efficiency and accuracy of detection.
