    我国水文测验驻测、巡测、遥测发展述评——以浙江省为例

    Review on the development of standing survey, patrol survey and telemetry of hydrological survey in China—Taking Zhejiang Province as an example

    • 摘要: 水文测验是水文工作的基础,是防汛抗旱决策的依据。随着科技进步,水文测验技术不断发展,水文测验的时效性越来越高,测验站点和项目不断增加,为水文现代化发展奠定了坚实基础。新中国成立70多年来,我国水文测验方式从驻测、巡测到遥测发生了根本性改变。以浙江省水文测验为例进行分析,对驻测、巡测、遥测的水文测验技术做回顾介绍,为水文事业发展提供借鉴参考。

       

      Abstract: Hydrological survey is the basis of hydrological work and the basis of decision-making on flood control and drought relief. With the progress of science and technology, the continuous development of hydrological measurement technology, the timeliness of hydrological measurement is becoming higher and higher, and the number of test stations and items is increasing, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of hydrological modernization. Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the way of hydrological survey in China has changed fundamentally from standing survey, patrol survey to telemetry. Taking Zhejiang hydrologic survey as an example, this paper reviews the hydrologic survey technology of station survey, patrol survey and telemetry, providing reference for the development of hydrologic cause.
