    数字孪生流域建设关键技术研究与应用——以贵州省清水江干流为例

    Research and application of key technologies for the construction of digital twin basins—A case study of the Qingshui River Basin

    • 摘要: 基于数字孪生流域建设思路,介绍了数字孪生流域的关键技术与具体应用。对数据底板的地理空间要素采集及物联网感知技术、多源异构数据融合技术,模型平台的模型库选择与通用接口定制,知识平台的底层技术选型等关键技术做了简要分析。以清水江干流(贵州省都匀市茶园水库至施洞水文站河段)为例,建设了具备预报、预警、预演、预案“四预”功能的流域防洪系统,进行了流域水资源管理与调配应用,为数字孪生流域建设提供建设思路和案例参考。

       

      Abstract: Based on the idea of digital twin basin construction, this paper introduces the key technologies and specific applications of digital twin basin. The key technologies such as geospatial element collection of data base and sensing technology of Internet of things, multi- source heterogeneous data fusion technology, model base selection and general interface customization of the model platform, and bottom technology selection of the knowledge platform are briefly analyzed. Taking the pilot basin of the main stream of Qingshui River (the section from Chayuan Reservoir to Shidong Hydrological Station of Duyun City of Guizhou Province) as an example, the basin flood control system with the functions of "FEDE" of forecast, early-warning, drilling and emergency plan, and basin water resources management and allocation application construction are carried out, which provides a framework of thinking and case reference for the construction of digital twin basin.
