    • 摘要: 知识平台是数字孪生流域建设框架中提出的内容,以水利知识驱动数字孪生流域智慧化,但如何构建适应行业需求的水利知识平台,缺少经验和成熟案例参考。针对流域防洪“四预”项目建设需求,结合具体建设经验,探索了面向防洪“四预”的数字孪生流域知识平台建设,从知识平台框架、知识库、知识引擎、知识平台软件等方面阐述了建设内容,总结分析了关键技术特点,探索了防洪四预具体应用场景,最后总结探讨了面临的问题及未来可能的发展方向,以期为相关需求提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Knowledge platform is an important part of the digital twin basin, whose role is to drive the intellectualization of the digital twin basin with water sector knowledge. However, how to build a water sector knowledge platform that meets the needs of the sector lacks experience and mature cases for reference. In view of the FEDE(forecasting, earlywarning, drilling, and emergency plan) needs of the floodmanagement in the river basin, combined with the specific construction experience, this paper explored the construction route of the digital twin river basin knowledge platform for the flood management FEDE, elaborated the construction content from the aspects of the knowledge platform framework, knowledge base, knowledge engine, knowledge platform software, etc., summarized and analyzed the key technical features, explored the specific application scenarios of the FEDE projects for flood management, and finally summarized and discussed the problems faced and the possible development direction in the future, With a view to providing reference for relevant needs.
