    安徽省港口湾水库灌区应对2022年特大干旱调度实践与思考

    Practice and reflection on the operation of Gangkouwan Reservoir Irrigation Area in Anhui Province in response to severe drought in 2022

    • 摘要: 根据港口湾水库灌区工程实际,结合2022年天气、降水、旱情等情况,提出了灌区调度方案及应对措施。灌区的科学调度,“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)措施的落实,以人为本理念的贯彻,使得其在面对1961年以来长江流域最严重旱情时,灌区抗旱用水得到保障,确保了饮水安全和粮食安全。研究结论可为类似在建灌区防旱抗旱工作提供理论参考与经验借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Based on the actual situation of the Gangkouwan Reservoir irrigation area project, combined with the weather, precipitation, drought and other conditions in 2022, the article proposes a scheduling plan and corresponding measures for the irrigation area.The scientific scheduling of irrigation areas, the implementation of the "FEDE measures" and the peopleoriented concept have ensured the water supply for drought resistance in the irrigation areas in the face of the most severe drought in the Yangtze River Basin since 1961, ensuring water and food safety.The research conclusion can provide theoretical and empirical reference for drought prevention and resistance in similar irrigation areas under construction.
