    • 摘要: 防汛抗旱指挥职能的调整为相关人员开展工作带来了新的挑战。概述了重庆市应急管理局在机构改革下推进防汛抗旱工作的实践探索，总结了近年来的工作成效和有益经验，并以党中央对国家安全体系和能力现代化建设的安排部署为遵循，提出了未来洪旱灾害防救发展路径的优化方向，以期为应急管理现代化提供助力。
