    2420号台风“潭美”残涡引发的万泉河流域极端暴雨洪水分析

    Analysis of extreme rainstorm and flood in Wanquan River Basin caused by remnant vortex of No.2420 Typhoon “Trami”

    • 摘要: 基于海南岛2024年10月洪水资料,以万泉河流域为研究对象,从大气环流、暴雨成因、洪水过程、洪水组成及水库调蓄削峰等方面,对2420号台风“潭美”残留低涡(以下简称残涡)引发的流域极端暴雨洪水进行分析,以期为当地防灾减灾救灾、灾情复盘及灾后重建提供参考依据。结果表明:①“潭美”残涡原地少动甚至停滞,与冷空气南下共同影响,是导致万泉河上游发生特大暴雨和全流域发生大洪水的直接原因,具有过程雨量大、极端性强、落区集中等特点;②本次暴雨洪水具有洪水量级大、超警戒时间长,且突破历史纪录等特点;③洪水以定安河加报站和牛路岭水库以上来水为主;④大型水库工程拦洪削峰作用显著。

       

      Abstract: Based on the flood data of October 2024 in Hainan Island, taking Wanquan River Basin as the research object, this paper analyzes the extreme rainstorm floods in the basin caused by No. 2420 Typhoon "Trami" remnant vortex from the aspects of atmospheric circulation, rainstorm causes, flood process, flood composition, reservoir regulation, storage and peak shaving, so as to provide reference for local disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, disaster recovery and post disaster reconstruction. The results show that:① The "Trami" remnant vortex moves little or even stagnates in situ, which is jointly affected by the cold air moving southward, and is the direct cause of extremely heavy rainstorm in the upper reaches of Wanquan River and large floods in the whole basin. It has the characteristics of large process rainfall, strong extremes and concentrated falling areas;② This rainstorm flood has the characteristics of large flood magnitude, long over alarm duration, and breaking the historical record;③ The floods are mainly from the Ding'an River and above the Niululing Reservoir;④ The flood control and peak shaving effect of large-scale reservoir projects is significant.
