Abstract:
Based on the extremely heavy rainstorm disaster caused by No. 2413 Typhoon "Bebinca" and No. 2414 Typhoon "Pulasan" in the port area of Shanghai, this paper systematically analyzes the weak links exposed in the flood control system in the port area, adopts the three-step method of "disaster analysis-short board diagnosis-countermeasure simulation" to carry out research, and accordingly puts forward targeted countermeasures such as reinforcing the weak points of key flood control projects and emergency disposal of strong and weak points, in order to provide decision-making reference for the improvement of flood control capacity in the port area.
