    水文资料在线整汇编一体化智能系统设计及应用

    Design and application of integrated intelligent system for online compilation of hydrological materials

    • 摘要: 由于技术方法的局限性,水文资料整编与年鉴汇编这2项水文行业关键性的基础工作难以有效衔接,已成为当前约束水文资料向社会发布的技术难题。为提升水文资料整汇编工作的质量与效率,满足水文工作现代化需求,云南省水文水资源局组织开发了水文资料整编与年鉴汇编功能一体化智能系统,利用软件设计思想构建了优良的系统架构,有效解决了整编与汇编的衔接问题。应用实践表明:该系统界面友好、操作便捷,整编模式由传统的“日清月结”转变为现在的“时清日结”,彻底解决了传统业务模式的效率低下、质量欠佳等问题,且实现了整汇编工作流程的一体化、自动化,产生的社会与经济效益显著。该系统的成功应用,显著提升了水文资料整汇编工作的时效性,从而为水资源保护、水利工程建设等提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Due to the limitations of technical methods, the compilation of hydrological data and the compilation of yearbooks,which are two key basic tasks in the hydrological industry, are difficult to effectively connect and have become technical difficulties that currently constrain the release of hydrological data to the society. To enhance the quality and efficiency of hydrological data compilation and meet the demands of modern hydrology, Yunnan Provincial Hydrology and Water Resources Bureau has organized the development of an integrated intelligent system for the reorganization of hydrological data and the compilation of yearbooks. Using software design ideas to build an excellent system architecture, thus addressing the integration challenges between reorganization and assembly. Practical application demonstrates that the system features a user-friendly interface and intuitive operation, and the reorganization mode has changed from the traditional “daily clearing and monthly closing” to the current “daily clearing and daily closing”. This change completely solves the problems of low efficiency and poor quality of the traditional business model. Moreover, it realizes the integration and automation process of the whole assembly work, resulting in remarkable social and economic benefits. The successful implementation of this system has greatly enhanced the timeliness of hydrological data compilation, providing a scientific foundation for water resources protection and water conservancy project construction.
