    海河“25·7”区域性大洪水北京市潮白河和蓟运河流域暴雨洪水特征分析

    Analysis of rainstorm and flood characteristics in the Chaobai River and Jiyun River Basins of Beijing during the "25·7" regional major flood in the Haihe River Basin

    • 摘要: 受副热带高压北抬叠加西风槽影响,2025 年7 月23—29 日,北京市出现大暴雨,为掌握“25·7”暴雨洪水特征,基于实测和调查数据,全面分析暴雨成因、暴雨洪水特点、降雨径流特征、暴雨洪水重现期等特性。结果表明:本次降雨区域主要集中在潮白河流域和蓟运河流域,其中暴雨中心位于密云区郎房峪;暴雨时段主要集中在6 h,最大6 h降雨量接近或超过100年一遇的站共5个;本次洪水过程呈现“峰高、量大、速度快”的特点,白河张家坟水文站洪峰流量达4 380 m3/s,泃河桑园水文站洪峰流量达2 260 m3/s,均突破历史极值。研究成果可为今后洪水预警及防洪调度提供数据支撑,为水旱灾害防御工作提供决策支持。

       

      Abstract: Affected by the northward uplift of the subtropical high and the westerly trough, heavy rainstorm will occur in Beijing from July 23 to 29, 2025. In order to grasp the characteristics of the "25·7" rainstorm flood, based on the measured and survey data, the causes of rainstorm, rainstorm flood characteristics, rainfall runoff characteristics, rainstorm flood recurrence period and other characteristics will be comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the rainfall area is mainly concentrated in the Chaobai River Basin and the Jiyun Basin, and the rainstorm center is located in Langfangyu, Miyun District; The rainstorm period is mainly concentrated in 6 h, and there are 10 stations with the maximum 6 h rainfall approaching or exceeding the 100 year return period; The flood process presented the characteristics of"high peak, large volume, and fast speed".The peak flow of Baihe Zhangjiafen Hydrological Station reached 4 380 m3/s, and the peak flow of Juhe Sangyuan Hydrological Station reached 2 260 m3/s, both breaking historical extremes. The research results can provide data support for future flood warning and flood control scheduling, and provide decision support for flood and drought disaster prevention work.
