    省级数字孪生水利知识平台建设路径探讨

    Exploring the construction path of a provincial digital twin water conservancy knowledge platform

    • 摘要: 为落实国家水网建设与江河保护治理相关要求,支撑“智水齐鲁”数字孪生体系构建,破解省级水利知识资源“纵向割裂、横向分散”的共性难题,并适配多层级水利业务场景的知识服务需求,以山东省级数字孪生水利知识平台为例,从知识资源体系建立、多源知识资源归集、水利知识库建设、水利知识图谱构建及知识服务平台研发等环节,系统探讨了知识平台的建设路径,详细阐述了平台的架构与主要功能。同时,总结了平台建设过程中采用的多模态数据治理与资源整合、知识更新与智能服务机制创新、知识图谱与大模型双向赋能等创新做法,并对知识平台的应用场景进行了探讨。相关成果与做法可为省级数字孪生水利知识平台建设提供参考与借鉴。

       

      Abstract: To implement the requirements of national water network construction and river protection and management,support the construction of the "Smart Water Qilu" digital twin system,solve the common problem of "vertical fragmentation and horizontal dispersion" of provincial water conservancy knowledge resources,and adapt to the knowledge service needs of multi-level water conservancy business scenarios,this paper takes the Shandong Provincial Digital Twin Water Conservancy Knowledge Platform as an example. It systematically explores the construction path of the knowledge platform from aspects such as establishing a knowledge resource system,collecting multi-source knowledge resources,building a water conservancy knowledge base,constructing a water conservancy knowledge graph,and developing a knowledge service platform. The architecture and main functions of the platform are elaborated in detail. Furthermore,innovative practices adopted during platform construction,including multimodal data governance and resource integration,knowledge updating and intelligent service mechanism innovation,and bidirectional empowerment between knowledge graphs and large models. The application scenarios of the knowledge platform are also discussed. The relevant results and practices presented can provide reference and inspiration for the construction of provincial digital twin water conservancy knowledge platforms.
