    • 摘要: 7月以来，受持续高温晴热天气影响，四川省面临历史同期“最极端高温、最少降雨、最枯江河来水、最大水工程待蓄水量”的严峻考验，遭遇近10年来最严重旱情。面对严峻形势，全省水利系统深入学习贯彻习近平总书记来川视察重要指示精神，全面落实省委、省政府决策部署，科学统筹，多措并举，全力以赴抗旱减灾，全力确保饮水安全和粮食安全，最大程度减轻了旱灾损失。
