摘要: 在分析北京市干旱灾害基本情况及抗旱形势的基础上，对北京市抗旱服务组织情况进行了调查。总结了抗旱服务组织的基本情况、建设管理经验和存在的问题，针对抗旱服务组织建设存在的体系不完善、投入不足、实力不强等问题，提出了建议。
