    辽宁省1956—2017年汛期降雨量变化特征分析

    Characteristic analysis of rainfall variation during flood seasons from 1956 to 2017 in Liaoning Province

    • 摘要: 结合辽宁省544个雨量站1956—2017年汛期(6—9月)降雨量数据,应用Mann-Kendall方法统计分析其汛期降雨变化特征。分析结果表明:①辽宁各区域汛期降雨量整体呈现递减变化趋势,但均未通过90%的变化显著性检验,东南部递减趋势明显高于其他区域;②除西部区域外,其他各区域汛期降雨量较20世纪60年代以前均具有较为明显的递减变化,其中东南部区域逐年代际递减率最大,均值达到-47.6 mm/10 a,西部区域在20世纪90年代汛期降雨量较60年代前有明显增加;③全省各区域汛期降雨均在2010年出现突变,此外,西部还在1984年出现降雨突变。

       

      Abstract: The river ecological restoration projects should determine the ecological restoration purpose according to the river type, function and scale, and then to determine its safety standard and the design frequency. The ecological restoration projects should be evaluated and analyzed for their safety indexes such as erosion resistance,durability and flood resistance. Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant design manuals and conventional practices in Chian and abroad, the safety evaluation index system is put forward on the basis of reference with flood control standards. According to the principle of zoning ecological restoration measures, the safety standard of the ecological restoration project of Yongding River is preliminarily evaluated for the purpose of maintaining a long-term stable river ecosystem.
